Les Dissonances are a traditional orchestra with a very untraditional difference.They have no conductor. This series documents twenty two concerts by Les Dissonances recorded at the Dijon Opera House in 2010 The first mini-series is dedicated to Beethoven: Concerto for violin in D major, op.61 (45') Symphony No. 1 in C major (27') Symphony No. 7 in A major (43') Our cameras have recorded the performances of works including behind-the-scenes footage of rehearsals documenting their unique cooperative method of making music.
