Synopsis

Leather, Ivory and Feathers : the raw material taken from animals that man has used to adorn himself, to decorate his surroundings and for a myriad other uses.This series is a summary of the human behaviour generated by the exploitation of these riches. Each episode explores a different mateial with all the different aspects from the disappearing small artisans to the industrial and speculative anarchy that endangers the environment as well as the methods of the past and techniques of the future.
