Synopsis
The life of a woman who thought she was insignificant. Born in the Austro-Hungarian Empire, a general's daughter, assistant to a famous psychiatrist, she meets in Switzerland a French man and falls in love with him. The war declaration tears them apart. As a nurse on the Austrian front line, without any news from her lover and pregnant, she finds a husband, an uncommon character and offers him a strange bargain. Clarissa finds herself trapped within heart convictions and the history doubts. She will find her way and discover her strength and intelligence.
