REAL EXPERTS; THE
2 x 52 '
Synopsis
Real Experts is an unprecedented two-part documentary that gives viewers the chance to immerse themselves totally and exclusively in the life of France's IRCGN (The National Gendarmerie Institute of Criminal Research). It shows the men and women who go into the field in search of the tiniest clue or who work in spectacular laboratories all in one place at the Fort de Rosny near Paris.
Directors Bruno Sevaistre and Pascal Créségut lead us on the hunt of cases handled by the Institute in Grenoble, in Brittany, Guyana and Miami, giving us a chance to look at real cases where the IRCGN has played a decisive role. Some of them are "small" affairs of mostly individual significance while others are of historical importance. The IRCGN has existed for 20 years now.
