BILL T. JONES - THAT DANCING MAN
1 x 26 '
Synopsis
A first-class choreographer and dancer, Bill T. Jones has occupied the international centre stage for the past twenty years.
Black, gay and HIV-positive, Bill T. Jones is pursuing a dancing and choreographic opus, the deepest meaning of which is nothing less than the marvellous power of art and life itself. He keeps on doggedly looking for what he calls "the truth" as a part of the human mystery. Through dance, he denounces cowardice, laziness and submission. His art evolves in an on-going fight for equal rights for the Black community and people living with AIDS.
