The immense hospital complex of Sidi El-Houari in the heart of the most French-loving city in Algeria, Oran, also known as Little Paris. Vestiges of French colonial architecture built on the Turkish baths dating from the 18th century.
With these rich and varied places as backdrops, Heritage Without Frontiers tells the story of three characters engaged not just in a restoration project but also in establishing a network of solidarity.
