Synopsis
"A Heart Forlorn" tells the story of a man who has spent his entire life fleeing passion and feelings. In the twilight of his life, he meets a young girl and discovers the love he had always tried to ignore...but it is too late. This man is Fontenelle, one of the most brilliant minds of the 18th Century. He was a scholar, poet, and philosopher, a member of the presigious French Academy, and nephew of the great playwright, Pierre Corneille.
