A CALL TO JUSTICE
1 x 104 '
Synopsis
In April 2003, in a Grenoble courtroom, a case was tried for a second time. When first heard, the defendant was sentenced to ten years in jail for attempted murder. Since then a new law has been unanimously voted in Parliament, which allows for a new appeal procedure. The accused in this case has exercised this new right.
With the authorisation of all concerned, Joelle and Michele Loncol filmed the entire trial and the resulting documentary could well be considered a hymn to justice.
