Literary, musical, pictorial and choreographic romanticisms...
Relationships with nature, the soul, the exaltation of the senses and feelings... To God...
Mostly inspired by the works of Degas and Puvis de Chavanne and by memories of romantic opera, this choreography blends dance with the world of painting, creating a living canvas.
This production is accompanied by texts from Lamartine and Hugo on nature and absence and Théophile Gautier on the creation of ballets such as Gisèle. The production's roots are from Frédéric Chopin's musical works.
