Synopsis
Since the Russians have taken the islands of the Kourile's archipelago from the Japanese, they set up a frontier in the middle of the strait, which denies the Japanese access to the ancestral fishing zone. Today the Japanese government is ready to buy these islands for a very good price. But are the Russians willing to let them ?
