Synopsis
The Bouhyer foundry is in Ancenis in West France. It was one of the first in France to negotiate a reduction in working hours without a drop in salary with the unions. This film is the tale of this community of workers who for just over 4 years, have been working 32 hours a week in four days. The history of the foundry linked to the region is touched upon. The manager's industrial concerns are addressed, as are the role of the unions and the resulting change in style for the workers.
