Synopsis

A strange murder puts superintendent Carteau in contact with LIU, a Chinese antique dealer. Under his shop, he has hidden a temple of an Asian religion, Caodaïsm. Student André Marbaud has a young half-caste friend, a girl called Kyoo. Worried about Kyoo's health - she takes suspicious medicines - he follows her, and finds himself in the middle of a Caodïst ceremony.
