Synopsis

" How is it made? " is an invitation to develop our knowledge of foodstuffs familiar to our children: eggs; chocolate, sugar, tomatoes, bread etc.
During each of the 52 programs in the series, Jean-Pierre Coffe, surrounded by children tells us about a foodstuff. He discusses origins, anecdotes, growing, production and use and rounds off by concocting a recipe that is easy for children to follow.
Jean-Pierre Coffe's amusing and educational program is a veritable general science lesson for parents and children.
