Synopsis
Nigerian troops have Biafra under siege. For the first time a group of French "Doctors without Borders" ignore the warnings of the Red Cross and stay to the bitter end to help a population which is being mercilessly starved to death by the ennemy blockade. They decide to tell the world and set up a new means of action. "Doctors without Borders" is born.
