Synopsis
In a prison in Kabul, Philippe, one of the "Doctors without Borders", relives the events which led him from Peshawar to his present plight : his long march with the Mudjahidin, warriors from another world, the snow-covered peaks, the war-torn valleys, the enemy helicopters, the exhaustion, the capture. Crushed by the merciless mechanism of the penal system, he is forced to make a public confession after a mockery of a trial.
